At the core of our success, is our product development capability. TDIC utilizes the latest technology in CAD software to create precision-made designs. Designs are initially created using sketches, photos or prototypes. In some cases, they are created right on the equipment at its final destination. Patterns are precision cut by an automated cutter, to guarantee a consistent product design. We are available to accommodate any situation needed, visiting customer facilities at any time of day or night to help solve problems.

Our Product Development Team develops, or modifies, an average of 70 products per week, with an average turnaround time of 5 days. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to do 3D Modeling, automated pattern generation from 3D Models, and more. All of this helps create fast, accurate products and minimizes the need for onsite visits.

Our capability of being flexible to produce one off prototypes, as well as large production runs, allows us to work with many companies needing prototypes for patents or making the move to mass production.
